West Asia means, regions belongs to westernmost sub region of Asia. West Asian study is a branch of social science which deals with the study of history and culture of West Asian regions. Bachelor of Arts or B.A. in West Asian Studies is a three year graduate program with six semesters of study. This program is designed to teach the historical and social aspects of West Asian regions which will influence the society and development of those regions. Mridangam is the classical drum used in South Indian music especially in Carnatic form of music. Nowadays Mridangam is made from a large piece of hollowed out jackfruit wood. The two mouths or openings are covered with skin of goat, and attached to each other with tightly bound leather straps. It is shaped like a barrel whose right head is a little smaller than the left. Bachelor of Arts or B.A. in Mridangam is a three year graduate course with six semesters. The curriculum of B.A. Mridangam is designed in such a way to provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills to students. The program also helps the students to understand different aspects of Musicography and Performing arts.
